Optimal panoramic view with innovative safety concept

With its wide safety glass doors, the GEOTRAC 104 Panorama Comfort Cab is easy and comfortable to enter. Cab lighting and an automatic door ensure safe entry even in the dark. Drastically pushed back B-pillars give the operator a maximum panoramic view. Cab design is based heavily on the optimal 360° clear vision found in helicopters.

The generously opening rear window, adjustable side windows and the 3-speed fresh air blowers provide an optimal working environment. The optional automatic climate control allows cab temperature to be regulated easily and conveniently. Temperature can be set down to the exact degree desired. The system automatically regulates air temperature. Airflow intensity can also be adjusted to different levels. The air filter can be changed at the rear of the cab roof. The filter housing is easy to reach with the aid of the rear hydraulics.

Clear Vision

With its innovative front loader clear vision screen, the GEOTRAC 104 provides an unrivalled wide field of vision when working with the front loader. The operator enjoys an unobstructed view from the ground to maximum unloading height. A visor built into the roof protects the operator from direct sun rays. A sun protection roller blind covering the entire width of the cab is also available. The front windscreens are specially sealed to keep engine noises from entering the cab. For winter operation, the standard heated front windscreen eliminates fogging within seconds for clear vision. It also provides comfortable radiated heat from the front. With its standard ultra bearing suspension, the cab offers optimal driving comfort. An optional pneumatic cab suspension connecting to the pneumatic system is available. In this innovative system, the entire control mechanics are built into the air bellows for optimal protection against dirt and corrosion. The suspension cylinders are lockable. This enables both stability on a hillside as well as optimal suspension comfort during transport operations.

More Security

An especially innovative safety concept was implemented in the GEOTRAC 104 cab. The driver‘s cab is designed as both a ROPS (Roll- Over Protective Structure) and a FOPS (Falling- Object Protective Structure). The GEOTRAC 104 is the first tractor to feature this high safety standard normally seen only in heavy construction equipment. The driver is thereby protected from rolling over on a hillside as well as from falling objects encountered, for example, in forestry operations. In addition to this, the entire front windscreen is made of CSG (composite safety glass) for protection against any penetrating objects.

GEOTRAC 104 is designed for optimal driver ergonomics. All control elements are grouped in convenient islands, softly illuminated and arranged in the ergonomically optimal location for the driver. The comfort steering wheel can be adjusted in height and inclination. The GEOTRAC Series 4 can be equipped with an optional hifi audio system that includes an integrated Bluetooth hands-free phone speaker. The roof interior with integrated reading light and high output stereo speakers is made of high quality materials in keeping with the ambience of the GEOTRAC

104. Just as in a luxury vehicle, the LED ambient continuous lighting ensures that all important operating elements can always be found even in the dark. The radio console is placed in the driver‘s field of vision. The same is true of the optional Bluetooth hands-free speaker phone controls. Multiple air jets allow the driver to adjust the flow of fresh air to his preferences. The optional armrest joystick is used to operate the front-end loader or front hydraulics and to control the hydraulics. Microswitches allow the operator to switch between different functions. An expanded 

multicontroller joystick with additional function buttons is also available that allows driving direction to be changed by pressing a button. The GRAMMER Pro-comfort seat with low-frequency air suspension comes standard. The 7-point adjustment of backrest, seating surface, lumbar and neck supports as well as armrests make the seat adjustable to each driver‘s individual preferences. A practical document tray behind the backrest provides an easily accessible storage space. The folding passenger seat provides sufficient comfort for two on long drives. The innovative seat

covering was developed for racing motorcycles, is washable and highly durable. When the passenger seat is not in use, part of the seating surface can be stowed  away to make more room. The manual brake lever is accessible at all times. The side storage compartment provides ample room for supplies. The readily accessible beverage holder behind the storage compartment is large enough to fit a  1.5 litre bottle. The Lindner driver‘s sunglasses ensure safe operating even under bright sunlight. 

TRANSMISSION - MADE IN GERMANY

ZF-High Performance Transmission

The GEOTRAC 104 comes standard with a ZF multi-power shift transmission with 24 forward and 8 reverse speeds. The customer can select between a 40 or 50 km/h version. Triplex power shift with automating function (APS) comes standard. The power shift gears are automatically shifted by the intelligent vehicle electronics (APS: LMH). The system also allows manual gear selection (APS: OFF). If necessary, the APS can be limited to two gears (APS: LM or APS: MH). For especially heavy operations, Lindner engineers developed the Speedmatching-mode (SP: LMH). In this mode, engine performance is utilised up to maximum RPM.

The optimal power shift gear with maximum power yield is always selected each time gears are changed. The power shift reverse (Power Shuttle) can be operated using the driving direction lever on the steering wheel or via the optional armrest joystick. The buttons for the standard comfort clutch (CS) are located on the gear selector lever. Automated group change-over (FRRS) between road and off-road gears allows the driver to shift through 8 gears – without having to operate the clutch pedal. An optional 36/12 speed version with crawler gear is also available. This option enables a minimum speed of 340 meters per hour. An optional travel PTO shaft is also available. The heavy duty rear PTO shaft offers 4 PTO speeds. The rear PTO shaft is transmitted at 540, 540E, 1000, 1000E. This facilitates the most fuel-efficient engine speed in any given operation. The PTO shaft starting control allows jerk-free, low wear and safe transmission of power. On the Lindner I.B.C., the driver can select among three starting curves according to power needed. The PTO shaft is conveniently operated from the operating console in the cab or with the two-way remote control on the rear mud guard.

BOSCH-Rexroth-technology with Lindner know-how

The GEOTRAC 104 is equipped with BOSCH-Rexroth high-performance hydraulics with separate oil supply and an output of 121 l/min with an oil supply of 45 l. The 3-circuit system features an individual pump for transmission, steering and working hydraulics. The 77-litre output of the working hydraulics is supplied by a standard constant pump.

An optional Lindner Powerlink adapter is available for demanding and economical operations. This load-sensing system is highly efficient and thrifty since it delivers only the required oil volume. The GEOTRAC 104 comes standard with two double-acting control modules with floating position. These volume-adjustable load-sensing control units can be expanded by up to three control modules. As an alternative to the mechanical control units, the system can also be equipped with up to four electronic proportional control units (EHS). This type of control unit is highly recommended for precise operation of the front loader.

The electronic control units can be adjusted from the optional available Lindner I.B.C. monitor. The driver can continuously adjust flow volumes and program time intervals, float position or lock-out. Priorities can also be established for all electrical control units. This allows the driver to program the sequence in which the control units are to be supplied with hydraulic power.

All GEOTRAC 104 hydraulic connections are provided with high quality hydraulic couplings. Each connection features it own leakage oil vessel.

The GEOTRAC 124 comes standard with a heavy duty front axle that has a maximum permissible axle load of 3800 kg. The GEOTRAC can be fitted with optional independent front wheel suspension and

integrated 4-wheel brakes. The hydraulic suspension provides optimal stability and a gentle ride at speeds up to 50 km/h. The lockable system facilitates maximum passenger comfort during difficult transport

operations. Ride level control allows the front axle to be raised or lowered by up to 20 cm. This in turn allows ground clearance to be increased as needed, for example, when crossing gullies during forestry operations.

The GEOTRAC 104 features an innovative light concept designed to accommodate the high demands placed on professional operators faced with continuous operation at multiple sites. The GEOTRAC is the first tractor to be equipped with the most modern LED technology. Because light-emitting diodes have an extremely long life of 10,000 operating hours, tail and brake lights last virtually the entire life of the tractor itself and are nearly maintenance-free. The GEOTRAC comes standard with powerful H7 and HB3 ellipsoid headlights. The 8 main headlights and 2 rear working lights ensure

Special attention went into making the new Series 4 easy to maintain. The engine compartment is very accessible. All filling openings and maintenance points in the vehicle are easy to reach. Regular service intervals are necessary only every 500 hours. The optional I.B.C. view „Work details“ displays precise work and consumption data.
